Jack S. Song is a senior brand and communications strategist with extensive global expansion experience.

Jack has designed and built a global brand and communications function for several VC-backed international startups including Lime (mobility), Grabango (computer vision), Visby Medical (health-tech), Hashdex (digital asset management), and FLYR Labs (AI).

He is instrumental in helping several companies to establish a presence in Europe, Latin America, and the U.S.

His other experiences include marketing for major independent films and political campaigns.

He co-founded Colony5, a brand strategy and communications consultancy, in 2021 with Andrew Pushel (Apple).

Jack was recently elected as the Vice President of the San Francisco Film Commission, appointed by Mayor London Breed. He resides in the City & County of San Francisco and is married to a veteran prosecutor.

Jack holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and conversational in Spanish.
